Aluminum

Advantages of HKAA in processing alloy steel:

6000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Mg-Si alloy)

Features: Easy to process, good weldability, corrosion resistance, and medium strength. After heat treatment, the strength can be significantly improved.

Typical grades: 6061, 6063

Application: Widely used in construction, industry, transportation and other fields, such as door and window frames, pipes, extruded profiles, etc.

7000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Zn-Mg alloy)

Features: High strength, high hardness, good corrosion resistance. It is one of the strongest series of aluminum alloys.

Typical grade: 7075

Application: Mainly used in aerospace, military industry, racing and other fields with extremely high requirements for strength and corrosion resistance

5000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Mg alloy)

Features: Excellent corrosion resistance, good welding performance, heat treatment and strengthening.

Typical grade: 5052

Application: Widely used in fields requiring corrosion resistance such as ships, chemical equipment, food processing equipment, etc.

2000 series aluminum alloy (Al-Cu alloy)

Features: High strength and hardness, but poor welding performance.

Typical grades: 2014, 2024

Application: Mainly used to manufacture aircraft structural parts, automotive parts and other parts with high strength requirements.
