Helical gear reducer
The helical gear reducer adopts a precision planetary gear train with coaxial input and output shafts, offering excellent transmission stability and positioning accuracy. The use of helical gears ensures smoother tooth engagement, which significantly reduces vibration and noise, while also contributing to lower backlash and higher transmission precision. Gears are made from alloy steel and undergo controlled-atmosphere carburizing and quenching, achieving a surface hardness of HRC58–62 for excellent wear resistance. Housed in a high-strength ductile iron casing, the reducer offers robust performance under dynamic loads. With a single-stage efficiency of ≥98%, and available in 1–3 stage configurations, it provides a transmission ratio range of 3 to 250. A low return clearance of ≤15 arc minutes makes it ideal for high-precision servo applications, CNC systems, and advanced automation equipment.
